Because we believe in being close by when you need us, we focus our services on Northern Umbria and selected areas along the Tuscany border.

Tony currently manages properties in and around Città di Castello, Umbertide, San Leo Bastia, Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, the Niccone Valley and the area south of Cortona, as well as the surrounding countryside.

We are also happy to consider properties in nearby areas, depending on their location and the level of support required.

Property Care & Coordination

Tony provides regular property inspections to check the condition of your home, identify potential issues early and ensure everything is operating as it should. Secure key holding is also available for homeowners, authorised contractors, deliveries and approved visitors.

From routine maintenance to unexpected issues, Tony coordinates trusted local professionals on your behalf. He can arrange quotations, organise access, oversee work and keep you informed throughout.

He can also coordinate essential property services and deliveries, including utilities, firewood, gas and water, and assist with practical matters such as IMU, TARI and appointments with your accountant or other local professionals.

Where requested, Tony can provide photographs and updates following inspections, maintenance visits or completed work, giving you a clear picture of your property while you’re away.

Taking Care of Your Garden & Pool

We work with trusted local gardeners and pool specialists to keep your outdoor spaces well maintained and ready for you to enjoy. This includes regular lawn and garden care, driveway and patio tidying, seasonal leaf clearing, professional pool cleaning and water testing, as well as seasonal pool opening and closing. We can also coordinate cleaning and general exterior upkeep, including painting shutters, fences and other areas when required.

Owning a property in Italy involves more than routine maintenance. Tony can coordinate essential servicing and safety checks through trusted local professionals, helping homeowners keep their property well maintained and important servicing up to date.

This can include arranging boiler servicing, fire safety checks, chimney sweeping and other essential property services, where required.

Tony can also keep records of completed servicing and help coordinate future appointments, so important maintenance isn’t overlooked while you’re away.

Property Administration & Holiday Rental Support

Tony can assist with some of the practical responsibilities of owning a property in Italy. This can include liaising with your accountant regarding matters such as IMU and TARI, coordinating utility company appointments, arranging access for inspections and servicing, and keeping records of completed servicing and maintenance.

Where required, Tony can also help keep track of upcoming servicing and appointments, so important property matters aren’t overlooked while you’re away.

For holiday rental properties, Tony can coordinate contractor access and ongoing maintenance, working alongside your estate agent and other professional advisers where appropriate.
