Hilltop Farmhouse – Entrusted to Tony during the global pandemic, this property serves as a premier example of our elite crisis management. The overseas owners were left entirely stranded by their previous property manager and gardener. They were being treated merely as a remote financial resource; communication was non-existent, and the grounds had fallen into complete disrepair.

Stepping in as their dedicated on-site representative, Tony immediately uncovered critical safety hazards neglected by the previous crew, including a severe gas leak and an active fire hazard dangerously close to the main gas infrastructure.

Tony took decisive action to safeguard the estate. He immediately terminated the underperforming staff, secured the property, and introduced a premier, trusted gardening team whom we personally use and vouch for. Having completely restored the owners’ peace of mind, Tony has since been entrusted with the project management of extensive structural and cosmetic enhancements, including roof restorations, shutter maintenance, and the addition of major structural house supports.
